Water is one of the main elements that makes up our individual wellbeing. Water, of course, constitutes two-thirds of the human body and drinking around a litre and a half per day is essential to stay properly hydrated. But that’s not all: water is also a valuable “ingredient” for massages.

Finally, the classic hydro-massage is a “cure-all” for relaxation and wellbeing: it uses water pressure to generate a gentle massage all over the body. Using hot water helps to relax the muscles while cold water gives you an energy boost, toning and firming the whole body.
